Terms of Service

Welcome to AGG ARTS ARENA ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

AGG ARTS ARENA provides photography, videography, content creation, studio hire, event coverage, and branding services. All services are subject to availability and must be booked through our official booking system or direct communication with our team.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment (full or 50% deposit where applicable) and an emailed or WhatsApp confirmation from our team. Date holds without payment are not guaranteed.

3. Our Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking that conflicts with our values, involves unlawful activity, or where a client has previously breached our policies.

Booking Conditions

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. One free reschedule is permitted. Subsequent rescheduling is subject to a ₦10,000 administrative fee.

Cancellation by Client

• More than 7 days notice: Full refund of deposit minus ₦5,000 processing fee.
• 3–7 days notice: 50% of deposit refunded.
• Less than 72 hours notice: No refund of deposit.

Cancellation by AGG ARTS ARENA

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin at the booked time. Lateness of more than 30 minutes without prior notice may result in a reduced session time or cancellation with no refund.

Payment Policy

Accepted Methods

We accept payments via bank transfer, Paystack, and Flutterwave. Cash payments are accepted at the studio for studio hire only. No payment by cheque.

50% Deposit

We offer a 50% deposit option on all bookings. The outstanding balance must be paid in full before your final content is released from the client portal. Content will remain in "held" status until full payment is confirmed.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change. Prices confirmed at the time of booking are fixed for that booking.

Receipts

Electronic receipts are sent via email and WhatsApp upon confirmed payment.

Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds are processed only in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation by AGG ARTS ARENA.
• Client cancellations within the eligible window (see Booking Conditions).
• Demonstrable failure to deliver the agreed service.

Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@aggartsarena.com within 14 days of the session date. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

Creative services (editing, design, post-production) once commenced are non-refundable. Studio hire cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

Data We Collect

We collect: name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp number, booking and payment details. We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our services.

How We Use Your Data

• To process and manage your bookings.
• To deliver your content through the client portal.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders and service updates.
• To improve our services through anonymised analytics.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or to process payments (Paystack/Flutterwave) and send communications.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@aggartsarena.com.

Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

Content & Intellectual Property

Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AGG ARTS ARENA retains copyright of all content created. Upon full payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered content for personal and standard commercial purposes.

Portfolio Usage

We may use samples of your content in our portfolio and social media unless you explicitly request otherwise at the time of booking.

Exclusive Rights

Exclusive commercial rights (broadcast, advertising, sublicensing) are available for an additional licensing fee. Please discuss this with us before booking.

Content Delivery

All content is delivered via our private client portal. Download links are tied to your account. Sharing your access credentials is at your own risk. We do not send final content via WhatsApp or email due to compression loss.
